Do you have a little Lily’s Driftwood Bay fan at home? We certainly do in this house hold.
Lily’s Driftwood Bay, the Belfast born award winning mixed animation television series for children aged 4 to 6, will come to life in its first ever treasure hunt at Eason in Belfast this Easter.
The programme which has been sold to over 100 countries has won numerous awards and features the voices of Stephen Fry, Jane Horrocks, Ardal O’Hanlon, Peter Mullan and Richard Dormer now has a range of books and a DVD to accompany the series.
To celebrate the launch of the ‘Message in a Bottle’ DVD and book range which includes a picture book, sticker book and wipe clean activity book, Sixteen South has joined forces with Eason in Belfast to host a treasure hunt at the Donegall Place store for fans of Lily’s Driftwood Bay on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th March.
Children will be able to search for their favourite Lily’s Driftwood Bay characters and there’ll be Easter treats and prizes galore up for grabs.
Colin Williams of Sixteen South said: “We can’t think of a better way to celebrate the launch of Lily’s books than having a brilliant treasure hunt in our local bookstore for her fans in our home town.”
Alison Allen, Store Manager, Eason, said: “Eason Belfast is delighted to be working in conjunction with Sixteen South to bring Lily’s treasure hunt into the heart of Belfast city centre this Good Friday and Easter Saturday. Our flagship store in Belfast is full of exciting places for Lily and her friends to hide and this free event promises to be an inspiring and engaging adventure for all participants.”
